Call for Papers

IEEE-GCON 2027 invites prospective authors to submit original research papers presenting new theoretical and/or experimental results. Submitted manuscripts must not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication elsewhere and should be prepared using the standard double-column IEEE conference format.

Power and Energy, Electric Vehicles, Green and Renewable Energy Sources and Technology

Scope Note: The above areas are indicative and are not exhaustive. Authors may submit high-quality interdisciplinary contributions related to the broader scope of IEEE-GCON 2027.
Author Information

Paper Submission Guidelines

  1. Prospective authors are requested to submit full length paper no longer than six (6) pages, as per the template given below:

  2. Up to two additional pages can be permitted with additional page charges.
  3. The prescribed page limit is inclusive of references.
  4. The paper must clearly state the objectives of the work, its significance in the advancement of scientific and technical knowledge.
  5. As the submitted file goes through Single-blind review process.
  6. The paper has to be submitted for review using the Microsoft CMT portal. In this portal, you must include the names of all authors of the paper. Please note that you are NOT allowed to modify list of authors in the CMT portal once the Paper submission deadline ends. If accepted, the conference proceedings will include the author names included in the CMT portal only.
  7. Papers will undergo plagiarism check excluding references and quotes. If substantial overlap (>30%) is found, papers will be rejected outright.
  8. Camera-ready submission: If accepted, the authors will be asked to submit the camera-ready submission of the paper. The instructions for preparing the Camera-ready submission will be updated in the conference website.
