GCON 2026 was the third edition of the flagship annual international conference of the IEEE Guwahati Subsection. The conference was held from 3rd to 5th June 2026 at the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati, Assam, India.
The conference provided a platform for academicians, researchers, industry professionals, research scholars, and students to present their research work, exchange ideas, establish professional connections, and discuss recent scientific and technological advances.
GCON 2026 covered a broad spectrum of technical areas including signal and image processing, artificial intelligence and machine learning, communications and networking, Internet of Things, cybersecurity, VLSI and semiconductor technologies, RF and photonics, control and automation, power and energy systems, electric vehicles, renewable energy, and other emerging technologies.
