Manuscript Preparation

Instructions for Authors

Use the IEEE conference template, prepare an original manuscript and check all submission requirements before uploading your paper.

1. Prepare the Initial Digest

Prepare the digest in IEEE double-column conference format. The existing conference specification permits a maximum of 5 pages, including figures and references.

2. Use the IEEE Template

Use the official IEEE conference template for Word or LaTeX. Open IEEE templates.

3. Originality and Similarity Check

The manuscript must be original and not simultaneously submitted elsewhere. The existing conference policy requires the overall similarity score to remain below 30%, with no single source above 10%.

4. Peer Review

Submissions will be evaluated through the conference peer-review process. Acceptance of the initial digest does not guarantee acceptance of the final paper.

5. Final Paper

Authors of accepted submissions may be invited to upload a full paper of up to 6 pages. Up to two additional pages may be allowed subject to the applicable fee and final conference policy.

6. Camera-Ready Consistency

The title and author order should remain consistent in the camera-ready paper unless an authorised change is approved by the organising committee.

7. Presentation and Publication Processing

At least one author must register and present an accepted paper. Papers that satisfy the conference and IEEE requirements may be processed for submission to IEEE Xplore according to the final publication arrangements.
